SHIPPING
The shipment of products purchased on our online shop will generally take place within 24–72 hours after the order is finalized within Italy. Delivery times may be delayed during holidays. Please note that carriers do not deliver or collect shipments on weekends.
International shipping is not currently available. Updates will follow.
Payments on the website can be made using Credit Card (Mastercard – Visa) or PayPal.
Our return and refund policy is valid for 15 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
RETURNS
If you receive defective or faulty merchandise, please contact us at [email protected], attaching photographic proof, in order to arrange the return procedure. Our Customer Care team will send you an email with instructions for shipping. In this case, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return one or more products within 15 days from the date of delivery. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Products can be returned in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Size exchange
- Exchange for a different product
All items are checked before shipping and include an original tag. We recommend not removing the tag until you are certain about the fit of the purchased item.
Items returned with damage, stains, or visible alterations will be sent back to the customer, and the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Garments produced upon specific request of the customer, customized with colors, graphics, logos, names, numbers, or other requested features, are considered custom-made products.
For this reason, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
By confirming the order, the customer declares that they have checked and approved all technical, graphic, and dimensional specifications of the requested product.
REFUNDS
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation informing you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed within a few days using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless a different payment method is requested.
Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
If the item was purchased using a gift card, once the returned item is received, a gift voucher equal to the value of the returned product will be issued.
