Some articles are restocked, others do not become available again once they are finished.

All fabrics in our garments may undergo shade changes over time, pilling effects, colour transmigration or loss of lustre, caused by exposure to sunlight, incorrect use or lack of care of the garment

We recommend carefully following the washing and care instructions on the garment label. Avoiding prolonged exposure to the sun, washing at unsuitable temperatures and the use of harsh chemicals can help maintain the quality of fabrics over time.

1. Close zips and Velcro fasteners before washing, after checking that there are no objects or paper in the pockets
2. Program the washing machine with the delicate cycle at 30°C using detergents
appropriate for the fabrics indicated on the label and for delicate garments
3. Turn the garment inside out and if combined with other garments ensure that they are of the same colour

The shipment of purchased products on our online shop will be approximately within 24/72 hours after the finalization of the order in Italy. Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; furthermore, carriers do not make deliveries and pick-ups at weekends.

For shipments within Italy we use the BRT courier service. For shipments abroad, the choice of courier depends on the country of destination and the options available to ensure the most efficient and reliable delivery.

On the website, payments can be made by Credit Card (Mastercard – Visa) and Paypal. In addition, it is also possible to pay for purchased items upon delivery by cash on delivery.

Shipping costs are € 9.99 for Italy and € 16.99 for abroad. For cash on delivery, however, the delivery charge is €16.99.

It is currently not possible to make instalment payments or ‘buy now, pay later’.

Our refund and return policy provides for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. All items are checked before being shipped and are fitted with a tag. It is therefore advisable not to detach the tag until you are convinced of the correct fit of the garment purchased.
