Shipping
he shipment of purchased products on our online shop will be approximately within 24/72 hours after the finalization of the order in Italy. Delivery times may be delayed in the event of a holiday; in addition, carriers do not make deliveries and pick-ups on weekends.
On our website it is possible to pay with Credit Card (Mastercard – Visa) and Paypal with shipping costs of € 9.99 for Italy. Shipping costs for Europe may vary by destination. You can also pay for the purchased garments by cash on delivery with shipping costs equal to 16.99 € – only in Italy.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. In order to qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. In addition, to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within a certain number of days, using the payment method used for the initial transaction – unless requested by another payment method. It usually takes a few days of processing before the refund is visible on your bank account.
If the item was purchased through a gift card, once you receive the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent for the value of your return.
Returns
In case of receipt of defective or faulty garments contact us at webshop@pietrovitalini.com – attaching a photographic proof – to agree on the procedure of return by default. Our Customer Care will send an email to proceed with the shipment and in this case the costs will be free.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more purchased products, no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods and in this case the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Products may be returned in the case of:
- manufacturing defects
- size change
- exchange with different product
All items are checked before being shipped and are fitted with a tag. It is therefore advisable not to detach the tag until you are convinced of the correct fit of the garment purchased. Items returned with damage, stains of dirt or any obvious changes, will be sent back to the customer, who will be charged the shipping costs.
